Pricing

Pay for managers,
not seats.

Pricing is per manager, per month — never per seat. You pay for the department that’s running, not the people who use it. Beta is free, and beta companies lock their rate before anyone pays a dollar.

Hard caps.
No surprise invoice.

You set a budget per manager. A live meter shows what each one is costing. And before a manager spends at scale, it runs one first, shows you the result and the projected cost, and waits for your word.

FAQ

Why no numbers yet?+

Deliberately. We open to ten companies a week and learn what each manager is truly worth before we set a number — so the price is right, not a guess. Founding members hear it first, and lock their rate before anyone pays full price.

Why per-department instead of per-seat?+

An Automola manager runs a function, not a chair. Charging per seat would punish you for adding people who use it. We charge for the work being done.

What if a manager spends too much?+

You set a hard cap per manager — it cannot go past it. A live spend meter shows what each one is costing, on demand. And before any manager spends at scale, it runs one first, shows you the result and the projected cost, and waits for your word. You approve a proven plan, never a blind one.

What counts as a "manager"?+

A manager is an agent with a role, an inbox, and the scope of authority you set. One per function — new business, customer care, operations, the back office. They work across the tools you already use, and hand off to each other.

What models power Automola?+

Frontier models from Anthropic, with model selection per manager. We expose the choice so you can balance cost and capability per function — finance might want the smartest model; ops might be fine with a faster one.

What happens to my data?+

It stays in your accounts and on our infrastructure to do the work — never sold, never used to train models, ours or anyone else’s. Every manager action is written to an audit log you can open, and you can export or delete your data whenever you ask.
